Tech Meets Wellness: Follow Katie’s Smart Ring Journey

We’re excited to share that Katie, a dedicated staff member at NCH Pulmonary Rehab, recently received a smart ring as a special gift from the NPRC! Katie will be evaluating this innovative wearable and sharing her firsthand experiences with our patients and the Naplesprclub community. While it is not intended to replace formal medical devices, this ring serves as a great supplemental tool for tracking everyday wellness metrics like blood oxygen (O2) levels, blood pressure, and sleep patterns.
